Create a Package, BOGO, or Dollar Off/Percentage Off Discount

Step by step guide for creating a package, BOGO, $ or % discount.

In order to use the package, BOGO, or discount on the app, you need to create it on the web first.

1. Log into AR on the web.

Click on Settings >, POS > Promotions > Create discount.

2. You can create a Percentage or Dollar off Discount.

Percentage - The discount is a percentage of the value of the product/service. For example, a 10% or 20% Family and Friends discount.

Here you can choose to apply the discount to all products or categories, or both.

You must also choose when you want it to be available for use and if you want to make it available to all customers or your members only.

You can either choose select clinics or providers. If you do not choose any, the discount will work with any clinic and any provider.

*There is not an option to display these types of discounts on the online booking page.

3. Figure $ - The discount is a fixed amount. Enter the discount amount in the form. For example, a $50 or $100 Family and Friends discount.

Here you can choose to apply the discount to all products or categories, or both.

You must also choose when you want it to be available for use and if you want to make it available to all customers or your members only.

You can either choose select clinics or providers. If you do not choose any, the discount will work with any clinic and any provider.

*There is not an option to display these types of discounts on the online booking page.

Tip: Before creating packages or BOGOS, you need to set up the products and services that your clinic offers inside your INVENTORY.

4. Package - The discount is buying multiple treatments at a discounted price. For example, you offer a Microneedling package of 3 for $800. You can also charge a different price for your members.

Important note: The Collective total dollar value of all the products should be the same as the Package Price. It will not save if they do not match.

Click the blue plus sign to add more products to your package.

You must also choose when you want it to be available for purchase and if you want to make it available to all customers or your members only.

You can either choose select clinics or providers. If you do not choose any, the package can be applied by any clinic and any provider.

*There IS an option to display these types of discounts on the online booking page. Check the box and enter in a picture, title, and description. Now your clients can purchase the package online and the products will be automatically sent to their wallet.

You can also select a custom tax rule.

5. BOGO Offers - BOGO stands for Buy One Get One. The patient will get free products if they buy a product.

Important note: The Collective total dollar value of all the products should be the same as the BOGO Price. It will not save if they do not match.

You can either choose select clinics or providers. If you do not choose any, the BOGO can be applied by any clinic and any provider.
