1. From the web-
Go to Settings > Integrations > Mailchimp
2. Click the toggle to the right to enable.
3. First you can decide if you want to sync all Patients from Aesthetic Record to MailChimp, or if you already have patients in both systems, you can choose to only sync newly created patients that aren't yet in MailChimp's platform.
4. Then click Authorize
5. You will need to provide your existing MailChimp Credentials here
6. Then you will see a disclaimer to read through and allow for the sync between the two systems.
7. If the sync is successful, you will see "Authorized" as the status. Be sure to click Save before leaving this screen.
8. Since this is a new integration and sync of contacts, you will see an "Integration is processing. Please wait for a few minutes." notification.
This will take roughly 2-5 minutes, depending on the patient list size being populated over to Mail Chimp.
Create & Send a Patient Report from AR to MailChimp
9. When the sync is complete, you will also see a timestamp next to "Authorize"
If you want to send a patient report from AR to MailChimp for email blasts, click on Business Insights at the top of your AR account.
10. Then click on Patients to the left.
11. Click Create Report
12. There are many types of reports you can choose from here, and based on the patient criteria that fits, you will be able to build your patient list for MailChimp.
13. After choosing your specific report type, be sure to utilize the filters below for accuracy.
Then click Continue
14. This will give you a report of all patients that fall within the criteria you selected when choosing your report type.
Over to the right, you now have the option to push this list to your MailChimp account.
Click Share > MailChimp.
15. Next, give this list a name. The name you enter here will be the name of the list inside of MailChimp, making it easy to organize each list you push over.

Locating the Created Report from AR inside of your MailChimp Account
16. Depending on how you have your MailChimp account and settings managed, you will see the recently exported list from AR under your Campaigns > All Campaigns tab in your MailChimp platform.
You'll see the matching list name to what you entered in your AR account, as well as a date and time stamp of the push to confirm the action is correct.
