This guide offers a step-by-step process for integrating Joya into your Aesthetic Record account, enhancing your clinic's service offerings. 1. Navigate to the Control Center (web) of your AR account.
2. Select the settings tab in the upper right corner.
3. Click Integrations over to the left
4. Click Joya at the bottom of the Integrations list
5. Click the toggle to turn the integration on!
6. This will then show a button for your Joya account login, as well as additional configuration settings below.
These configuration settings will map the Joya integration with services for booking and inventory that you have in your AR account.
7. Click the down arrow next to the first Service from this list. Scroll through and locate the matching service for booking you have in your existing list of services for booking.
Tip: The services included in the drop down are services already built out into your Aesthetic Record account.
8. Click "Save"
9. Click "Skin Care Product Discount"
Tip: The services included in the drop down are inventory items already built out into your Aesthetic Record account. The same is true for the following steps and selections.
10. Type the product you'd like to include in the discount.
11. Click "Save"
12. Click "Joya Treatment Benefit Mapping (Free Facial or Peel)"
13. Type the free facial or peel you'd like to include.
14. Click "Save"
15. Click "Free Aesthetic Consultation"
16. Type the aesthetic consultation you'd like to have listed.
17. Click "Save".
18. Click "Joya Sunscreen Benefit Mapping"
19. Type out the name of the free sunscreen you'd like to include and select the product.
20. Click "Save"
21. Click "Joya Appointment Configuration"
22. Select the Service Category.
23. Select the Clinic to tie the appointment configuration to.
24. Select the consents you'd like to include for the patient to sign.
25. Select the providers you would like to perform this service.
26. Select the cosmetic questionnaires you want included for the patient to fill out.
27. Click "Save"!
