Create and Manage Services in Aesthetic Record

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create and manage services in Aesthetic Record!

Tip: To book appointments through the Aesthetic Record calendar and the booking page, you must build out your services in the web first!

2. Click "Appointments"

3. Click the wrench icon

4. Click "Smart Configuration"

5. Click "Services"

6. First, you will need to create categories for your services. Start by clicking "Manage Categories"

7. Then, add the category name. (EX. Injectables, Facials, Laser Hair Removal etc.)

8. Lastly, click "Save"

9. Once you've created categories, click "Create Service"

10. Add the category for the service.

11. Type in the service name.

Tip: (Side note: The service name and category will reflect on the booking portal for patients to view)

12. Attach the clinic(s) that are available for this service.

13. Attach the providers that are able to perform this service

14. "Can't book with" allows you to prevent specific services from being booked together in the same appointment

15. If the service requires a deposit, click "yes" and add the price in the textbox below

Tip: The deposit will be charged at the time of booking and will be added to the patient's wallet to be redeemed at check out.

16. Choose the duration of the appointment (this will be the amount of time blocked off on your calendar for the service)

17. If you would like this service to be available for online booking, toggle this on.

Tip: Tip! If your services aren't reflecting on the booking portal, make sure "Clinic Available for Online Booking" is toggled on in Settings>Account Setup> Manage Clinics> Edit

18. Click the "Cosmetic" or "Health Timeline" depending on the service.

19. Next, tie the corresponding paperwork for that service (This includes Questionnaires, Consents, and Pre and Post Treatment Instructions)

Tip: Tip! You must create paperwork in "Clinical Documentation" before tying it to a service

20. Add a description for your patients to view on the booking portal. You can also tie a survey to the service.

21. Once you're done, click save

22. In the steps below, you will see where the services reflect on the booking portal

23. Click "Services"

24. Service categories will reflect in the dropdown menu

25. Once you click on a category, a list of the services in that category will pull up

26. Your patients can view the service details and book the appointment from here!

27. All done!
