1. Log in to your RepeatMD admin panel at https://admin.repeatmd.app/login
2. Select Integrations under Client Resources from the left pane navigation menu
3. Select + Create API Key
Select “Aesthetic Record” for the partner
Enter anything in the key name, like “Aesthetic Record”
4. This will generate an API key which you will copy now and paste into Aesthetic Record in the coming steps.
5. Navigate to the Settings wheel inside of your Aesthetic Record account, and then select Integrations
6. Choose RepeatMD from the menu options.
7. Toggle it on to trigger the integration and reveal the configuration options.
8. Click to update your API key.
9. You will retrieve this key from your RepeatMD dashboard- if you copied in an earlier step, you can paste here.
10. Once you've added the keys, select to connect your account by "Account", or "Location".
If you have only one location, the integration needs to be set to "Account".
If you have more than one location, and all locations are linked to RepeatMD, the integration needs to be set to "Location".
If you have more than one location, but only one location uses RepeatMD, the integration needs to be set to Account.
11. If you connected the integration by "Account", then you can select Save and you're good to go!
11. If you connect the integration by "Location", the dropdown menu will only show the active clinics in RepeatMD.
12. Once you've matched your clinic(s), click save, and your integration is now active!
