Accessing RepeatMD Membership Benefits & Configuring Membership Badges

You can now see RMD membership status with a designated profile badge & expected membership benefits in the Patient Wallet.

Setting Up RepeatMD Memberships

Tip! You must have memberships already available for sale in your RepeatMD portal in order for this feature to function correctly. You cannot make any changes to those memberships from inside Aesthetic Record. Additionally, if you need to update Patient membership statuses, that will need to be done through RMD. Your Aesthetic Record system is displaying benefits and status, but this information is only configurable inside of RepeatMD.

1. Navigate to the Control Center in your AR web application.

2. Click on the Settings wheel - You will need Integrations privileges to be able to view the RMD integration page.

3. Click Integrations

4. Navigate to RepeatMD

5. If you have not already completed the integration, do it here. If you have, click the drop down for RepeatMD Membership Configuration.

6. If your RMD account has membership plans available, you will see each plan populated here.

Please note, the membership field names are locked as they come directly from RepeatMD. Below the name, you will see a list of all the available benefits associated with that membership as sent to AR from RepeatMD. Using the color function, you can change the color of the icon you'd like to show for that membership badge on a Patient's profile.

If you see any errors with the membership benefits provided to Aesthetic Record, please check your RMD account first, and if things are missing, reach out to RepeatMD Support for assistance.

RepeatMD Membership Badging

7. Once you have configured your memberships, you will be able to view them on the Patient list as well as on their profile.

PLEASE NOTE: They will not populate on the Patient's profile until you go into the Patient's profile and retrieve their wallet. This acts as a sync with RepeatMD and allows their system to update Aesthetic Record.

8. In order to sync the membership badge, head to your Client list and navigate to that Patient's name.

9. Click on their Patient Wallet

10. Once you click on their Patient Wallet, Aesthetic Record will populate their corresponding membership benefits in the wallet and apply the membership badge to their profile.

11. Once this has been done, you will begin to see the corresponding R membership badge with the color you designated in your integration settings.

12. Much like syncing the Patient Wallet to make the badge appear, in the event of a cancellation, the same process occurs. This badge will stay on the Patient profile until you go to the Patient Wallet and open it. Once you open it, RepeatMD will be able to update the status and either keep the membership badge for an active membership or remove it if the Patient has cancelled.

The most important thing to remember with membership badging is to click on the Patient Wallet! That is the connection between Aesthetic Record and RepeatMD for your Patient, so as soon as you open the wallet, real-time updates will display so you can see the status of the membership and any available benefits.

If for any reason you are unable to see the proper membership status for a a patient in your clinic, first, log into your RepeatMD portal and confirm they are an active member on a program with benefits available.

If their membership appears correct in RepeatMD, reach out to our AR Live Chat Team to let them know, and we will coordinate with RepeatMD to sync things up as soon as we can!
