1. From the web, go to Settings > Integrations on the left.

2. Locate and click RepeatMD at the bottom of the list.

3. Be sure your integration is already enabled and you have your Clinic(s) synced in your account! Integration type can be managed per location, or per overall account.

You can click the dropdown next to RepeatMD & Aesthetic Record Clinic Sync to edit and manage synced locations/account from here.

4. Next, click on RepeatMD Enrollment Invitation Configuration to access the invite link setup.

5. You will need to pull your Client Enrollment Link from your RepeatMD account and paste it in the Client Enrollment Link field.

Template verbiage for the SMS invitation section will be displayed. Feel free to update it how you see fit to match your brand. When you use the snippets, that information will pull through to the text when sent.

6. After confirming the verbiage and link below, click on Clients tab at the top of your browser.

7. Search/locate and click into your client's profile.

8. Click on Client Wallet at the top.

9. If your patient is not already a RepeatMD user, you will notice a blue Send Invite button located to the right of the RepeatMD Wallet section. Clicking this button will instantly send the SMS invitation link, as outlined in the previous steps, directly to the patient's phone number.

10. Keep in mind, the phone number that the client has in their Aesthetic Record profile is where the link will be sent. Double check with clients that their RepeatMD information and number match what you have in AR.

11. When the client clicks on the invitation link from their message, they will be redirected to your standard RepeatMD invitation page to finish their enrollment. And, viola! They will be all signed up and ready to use your RepeatMD application in no time!
