How to Send the Sunbit Pre-Qualification Link to Patients

This guide provides essential steps for sending a pre-qualification link to patients using Sunbit within the Aesthetic Record platform, streamlining the process for both providers and patients. Web: Sending a Pre-Qualification Link to Patients

1. Navigate to your AR account through the Web https://www.aestheticrecord.com

2. Select the Patients/Clients tab at the top of your browser.

3. Locate and click into a patient's profile from here.

4. Next, click on the Patient Wallet at the top.

⚠️ If you do not have Patient Wallet as a button, you may need to have the account Admin check your User Privileges, or check that your Point of Sale is fully enabled.

5. At the top of the Patient's Wallet, you will see Sunbit as a wallet line item.

Click Prequalify beneath the Action column.

6. The phone number that populates is the number associated to their patient profile in AR.

Ensure this is the right number to use, and upon clicking Enroll this will send the pre-qualification link to their mobile device.

7. Beneath Sunbit to the left of the wallet, there is a Disclaimer section with more information regarding the prequalification amount in which the patient may be approved for.

You can hover over this section to read more, and the verbiage is listed here below as well:

"The prequalification amount displayed may not reflect the patient's available spending capacity. If the patient has an existing loan with Sunbit, their eligibility may have changed."

App: Sending a Pre-Qualification Link to Patients

1. From the AR App, first locate and click into a patient's timeline

Then, click the three dots in the upper right hand corner and select Wallet

You will see Sunbit at the top of their wallet with the option to Prequalify the patient.

2. Click Prequalify and confirm the correct phone number (this number is the primary phone number tied to their AR profile). Hit Enroll to continue.

3. This will then send a text message to the patient, where they can complete the steps to qualify and enroll with Sunbit.
