This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add, edit, or view the invoice disclaimer text in Aesthetic Record.

2. Click the settings icon

3. Click "POS"

4. Click "Invoice Disclaimer"

5. Click into the "Invoice Disclaimer Text" box and insert your clinic's terms and conditions, policies, etc.

Tip: IMPORTANT! The invoice disclaimer will show on every invoice to ensure clear communication with your clients about your policies. Be sure to be VERY detailed and include as much information as you can to avoid disputes later down the road!

6. Once you're finished adding the text, click "Save"
