1. Add your note under Appointment Note when you're booking a new appointment.
Side Note: Appointment notes are NOT client facing- they are only intended for staff to see!
2. It's also possible to go back and add a note to existing appointments in the appointment details window.
Simply go back to your calendar and click on the appropriate appointment to edit them. Then, click on the notepad icon under Appointment Notes to add your note.
Tip: Clients can also add their own appointment notes when they are booking the appointment online.
If they type in notes here, it will also appear on the calendar under Appointment Notes.
