1. Log in to AR on the web.

2. Click on the settings Gear icon.

3. Click "POS"

4. Click "Patient Loyalty"

5. By Wallet Settings, click "Edit".

6. Choose your desired preferences and hit save.

For example: if you want the free monthly facial to expire after 3 months you will add in the expiration for 90 days.

Alert: Note: this rule applies to any items that go into the wallet regardless if they were added in via membership.
