Documents File in the Patient's Profile

The Document Repository will hold all signed consents, filled-out questionnaires, and past procedures.

View the Documents tab via the App

1. From the App, tap on a client profile. Click on the 3 dots in the top-right corner Choose Documents from the dropdown.

2. From here, you can upload and/or View Documents/Completed Paperwork.

  1. To upload your own document, click on the + sign icon to start adding documents.

  2. Allowed file types are pdf, excel, word and images.

  3. You may add multiple documents, one at a time, using +Add More Documents" button.

  4. Upload your documents and hit Save.

3. 1. Click Clients at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the patient.
3. Click on MORE INFO.
4. Select, DOCUMENTS.
(This will show you the existing documents (if any). You can View, Delete or Download an existing document.)
5. Click ADD FILE - you can drag and drop previously scanned in docs here. (Images, PDF, Excel, Word documents allowed)
6. (Add the name of your document, assign it a type, and attach the document to an appointment on file if needed.)

Alert: Important note: Uploading photos/documents/files (for example, a patient procedure that was exported from your old EMR) to the patient's Documents Repository won't link them to a specific procedure.
