Clinic Notifications
1. To add in a phone number/email for notifications from appointment bookings, log in via web.
2. Go to Settings
3. Click "Manage Clinics"
4. Click edit next to the clinic you want to receive notifications from.
5. Under notification phone - enter in a cell phone number (this allows you to receive a text for every appointment notification. You can only add 1 cell number.)
To add email notifications, enter in an email address in the email field (you can add several emails)
You will be notified every time a patient books, cancels, or reschedules an appointment.
Alert: Important: each phone or email that is associated in this section will receive notifications for the entire clinic. If you don't wish to receive these notifications, just remove your info and hit save!
Provider Notifications
6. To receive a notification every time a patient checks in for an appointment:
Log in via web and go to settings. Click on teammates.
7. Click "Users"
8. Edit a user.
9. Click the "Receive Patient check-in SMS & Email" box and hit Save.
Now, anytime that provider's patient checks in at the clinic, the provider will receive an SMS and email notifying them of their arrival.
