Enable Membership Decline SMS & Email

When enabled, these communications go out on the first day of the decline. This gives patients 2 days to change their payment methods before the membership churns.

1. Navigate to Settings > POS in the AR Web Portal

2. Click Client Loyalty

3. Click Edit to configure your communications.

4. Toggle the communications on in order to start sending them.

5. Toggle off at any time if you want to stop.

6. The default view is for the email communication. Use the template provided or create your own. Preview your finished version by clicking Preview Email Template.

7. Preview will show the snippets - those will be replaced with the Patient's info when sending.

8. Close out the preview to continue.

9. Click Text Message to view the SMS template.

10. Use the SMS template or make updates and click Save.

11. Once the email is sent, it will include your Patient's information.

12. The text will also be replaced with the appropriate information!
