Confirm or Grant User Privileges First
1. If you are unable to begin this process, you may not have your privileges enabled. Likewise, if you'd like others to be able to do this, ensure they have the ability by checking their privileges.
Head to Settings, and navigate to the Teammates section. Locate the person you would like to edit eGift cards and click Edit.
2. Click Manage Privileges
3. Under the Patients Management heading, you will see an option for Edit eGift Card Balances. Click that option to enable and hit Save.

4. To edit eGift Cards, navigate to Business Insights
5. Click eGift Cards Revenue
6. Locate the eGift Card you'd like to edit and click Edit Balance
7. Enter the new balance
8. Add a Reason for Adjustment to explain the change
9. Type "Applied funds toward Invoice #PR12345678 for skincare."
10. Click Save
Editing eGift Card Expiration Dates
11. Navigate to the eGift care you'd like to edit and click Expire Card
12. Click the calendar icon to open the calendar
13. Select your new expiration date
14. Add a Reason for Adjustment to explain the change
15. Click Save
View Edit History
16. Navigate to the Client who's history you'd like to view, and click View History
17. The eGift Card history will show:
Who made the change
The date of the change
The type of change
The actual change that was made
The Reason for Adjustment for any changes that were made
