When you get an ICC Error Code, make sure that the card reader VIVO is facing up and in the same direction as the card you are using.

Connecting and Setting Up the Clearent A920 Wifi Card Reader

Connecting the A920 For the First Time

  • From the main screen, tap the top left corner and the bottom right at the same time.

  • From the home screen, click settings.

    • If you are prompted for a password, use pax9876@@

    • If you want to disable the password, click password from the settings menu, and toggle it off.

    • If you're not prompted, just click WIFI.

  • Choose WIFI.

  • Select a network and enter in your password.

  • Press the circle at the bottom of the screen.

  • Choose WSP link.

    • DO NOT click anything from this screen. This is the waiting screen for transactions. When you generate an invoice in AR, it will send to the reader. If you click on WSPLINK icon, it will ask you for a password- this does not take you anywhere so no need to click it :)

Next, you will need to associate your AR account!

  1. Log in via web as the Main Admin.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. POS

  4. POS Settings

  5. Card Readers

  6. Attach Card Readers

  7. Enter in the serial number (found on the bottom front of the reader).

  8. Enter the clinic and choose A920.

  9. Hit Save.

Choosing the A920 Device at the Checkout on Web

  1. Once the invoice is created, go to the sales tab and click on Desktop Terminal.

  2. Choose the invoice and select Swipe Card.

  3. Select the wifi card reader you want to use.

  4. Hit Charge and finalize the payment.

Additional Information

  • The Reader is wifi enabled, if you don't have wifi then you will not able to use it for payments.

  • The Reader accepts Apple Pay, Chip, and Swipe as well as Tap to Pay.
