This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to isolate your services using verticals.

Updated over a week ago

Alert: Note: You must have the user permission enabled to add or edit service verticals!

Build a Service Vertical

Tip: Example 1:

If you want to create a booking link for a "Botox Party", this feature allows you to isolate those services to that vertical booking link ONLY.

Example 2:

You can organize all body contouring services together and create a link.

Example 3:

You can create a link for your VIP membership services and provide that to the members when they enroll.

This creates a personalized experience for those specified patients without putting them on your standard booking page. To do this, follow the steps below!

2. Click "Appointments" and then wrench icon

3. Click "Smart Configuration"

4. Click "Verticals"

5. From here, you can view and edit your existing verticals. To make a new one, click "Create"

6. Title the vertical name (Ex. Botox Party)

7. Choose the vertical color (This differentiates it from all other verticals on the calendar)

8. Choose the Clinic

9. Add the services you would like to include in the vertical

10. Click "Save"

Hide or Isolate Certain Services from Your Online Booking Page

Tip: Side note! This option ensures that the services tied to this vertical will not be accessible from your standard online booking page!
