Note: Accounts must be on the Accelerator plan to access the Leads Table.
API Key Generation
1. Log into your AR portal and click on the Settings wheel.
2. Navigate to Integrations > Leads API
3. Select 'Ageless AI' from the Source dropdown.
4. Click "Generate Key"
5. Click 'Copy Key' for the Ageless AI source.
Add API Key to Ageless Platform
6. Once you've copied your API key, go to your Ageless portal, and select Aesthetic Record under Integration.
7. Paste the API key in the API Key field and click Save.
*Please note, if you currently have the RepeatMD integration, it will not connect Ageless. You must complete this step in order to connect Ageless to your Leads tab.
AR Lead Source Verification
8. Once connected, if a new lead comes in, you will see the updated source in the Leads section. You can sort the leads tab by the source, or you can locate new leads by source under the Source column.
9. The current functionality includes the lead's name, email and phone. Using the icons under the Action section, the user can book the patient, add them to the patient list, remove the lead or send a 2-way text.
**Future integration updates will include the option to view the AI-generated images and view intake responses. We anticipate these features going live by July 1.
