Add a Clinic

2. Click the settings icon

3. Click "Manage Clinics"

4. Click "Create Clinic"

5. Fill in your clinic's information

Tip: if your clinic location is a mobile/concierge clinic and you do not have a physical location, you can add fillers such as "mobile location- no address" or something similar in place of clinic address. For the time being, address information is a required field and the clinic address will show through the online booking portal.

Tip: Side note! Any phone number or email under "SMS Notification Phone" or "Notification Email" will be alerted anytime a client books, cancels, or reschedules their appointment. There can only be one phone number, but multiple emails can be added to receive notifications! This is for ALL appointments.

6. Choose if you would like your clinic to be available for online booking or eCommerce only and if you want your clinic to have an option to accept tips

7. Add your business hours by selecting the day and adding the open and close hours. (This will reflect on the booking page)

Tip: Side note! These are only general business hours that will reflect on your booking page. To open appointment times for clients to book, each provider will need to build out their individual schedule in Smart Configuration

8. Add any additional information you would like your client to know about this clinic location. (Ex. parking instructions, floor, etc.) This will also reflect on the booking page.

9. Click Save

10. The information will reflect here on the booking page

Edit Clinic Information

11. In the same section (manage clinics), click "Edit" on the specific location

12. From here, edit the information you would like to change and click "Save"

13. Once you have followed these steps and saved your work, you are good to go!
