Set up Commission Rate for Providers
1. Navigate to https://app.aestheticrecord.com/settings/profile
2. Click the settings icon
3. Click "Teammates"
4. Click "Users"
5. Find the user and click "Edit"
6. Scroll down to "Commission Percentage" and enter the provider's commission rate
7. Click "Save"
Commission Reports
Tip: Aesthetic Record allows you to track and report a variety of vital information regarding your business performance; one of which is your payroll and commission report. With the commission report, you can see how many sales each of your providers generated and the amount of commission they earned.
8. First, the main admin must go to Settings>Report Settings>Payroll /Commission Report and choose the formula that they would like to use for the report
9. Choose from the options below and click "Save"
10. After completing the first step, find your commission report by clicking "Business Insights"
11. Click "Sales"
12. Click "Commissions"
13. From here, you can select the date range and download to excel to view a more detailed breakdown of commissions!
