Attach an Appointment to a Cosmetic Procedure via the iOS App

1. Log in to your account via the AR app. Tap the bubble icon in the lower right hand corner, then the magnifying glass icon. Type in the patient's name in the search box and tap the profile.

2. If you are creating the procedure, make sure you select the correct appointment at this stage. If you hit Skip, you will not be linking the procedure to an appointment.

3. If the Procedure has already been created, search for the procedure you want to attach the appointment to. Hit the blue pencil icon.

Once you're in the procedure, hit Procedure Information at the top and then under APPOINTMENT TIME, select the appointment you want to tie in to the procedure. Under APPOINTMENT SERVICE, choose the service and then hit Save.

4. If you are creating the procedure, make sure you select the correct appointment at this stage.

5. If the Procedure has already been created, find the Health Procedure you want to link an appointment to, and tap the blue pencil icon next to it. Choose under APPOINTMENT TIME the appointment you want to link to the procedure. Click on Next until you see Save.

6. Log in to your account on the web. Click on the Patients/Clients tab and then then enter the name in the search box.

7. Click on their profile, and when you're on the patient's timeline, look for the procedure, and click on Edit Procedure in the bottom right.

8. At the top, click on SELECT APPOINTMENT and choose an appointment you want to attach. Under SELECT SERVICES, select a service the patient booked that you want to link to the appointment. Hit Save in the bottom right.

9. Locate the Health Procedure you want to link to an appointment and click "Edit Procedure".

10. At the top, click on APPOINTMENT and choose an appointment you want to attach. Hit Save in the bottom right.
