Sign the Consent Form in the App via Cosmetic Procedure

If a patient hasn't signed consent on the portal pre-appointment, they can do so during the appointment via the app.

Updated over a week ago

1. First log into the app and then search for your patient. Tap on their profile.

2. From inside their profile, you can either start a new procedure or edit an existing one. To edit an existing procedure, tap the blue pencil icon.

3. At the top, there are three tabs. Click on the procedure information tab. From here click add patient consent.

4. Select the consent you want the patient to sign. Then you can lock the iOS device by tapping the blue lock button and handing the device to them (this prevents the patient from being able to go back and see other information on the AR app). Once they have signed, click the blue floppy disk to save.

5. You can also have a patient sign a consent when you start a new procedure. To do so click the blue plus button in the top right. Select either health or cosmetic.

6. Follow the steps like normal.

7. When you reach the page that says Consents at the top, select the correct consent, and follow the same steps from above (step 4).

Alert: If the patient signed the consent PRIOR to their appointment on the patient portal, there will be a blue checkmark next to the consent.
