Tip: Before we start, please note that only users who have worked as a provider on Aesthetic Record, or has been assigned to Work As Provider in their profile can use this feature.
Alert: The calendar sync is one-way only, from Aesthetic Record to Google Calendar. Appointments created in Google Calendar will not sync back to Aesthetic Record.
To designate a user as a provider, go to the settings gear, teammates, users, and edit the selected user. Once in their profile, scroll to the bottom and toggle on where it says Work as Provider.
1. First, please log in your Aesthetic Record provider account on a desktop web browser. Navigate to the top right corner of your screen and click on the settings wheel icon to access your user settings.
2. On your left, you will find the Settings menu. Select Account Setup and click on Your Profile. Your user profile will appear on the screen.
3. On the right, under the signature pop-up window, you will find the toggle Sync With Google Calendar. Click on it to turn it on.
Syncing Multiple Providers' Appointments
If you want appointments from multiple providers to appear in one Google Calendar:
Each provider must enable the Google Calendar sync individually.
Providers should connect their Aesthetic Record accounts to the same Google account.
Disabling Google Calendar Sync
To stop Aesthetic Record from syncing future appointments to Google Calendar:
Log into Aesthetic Record on the web.
Go to Settings > Account Setup > Your Profile.
Toggle off the Google Calendar sync option. Disabling the sync will stop future appointments from appearing in your Google Calendar. Note that any previously synced events may remain in your calendar.
