The Price List in AR allows you to view and edit your regular vs member pricing, and is a quick and easy way to showcase pricing perks between different promotions and price tiers with your patients.
Keep in mind, you can only edit your price list from the Web, and can use the App primarily for easy access to view the pricing menu when needed!
1. Let's start first on the Web.
Navigate to https://app.aestheticrecord.com/login
2. Jump into your Inventory Section at the top of the screen.
3. To the left, locate and click on Price List.
Think of the price list for your staff as a professional tool to discuss pricing and options with patients.
4. From here, you can choose the specific clinic you'd like to view and manage pricing for from the left dropdown.
5. You can then switch between viewing pricing for Inventory, Pricing Variations, and Promotions you've created.
6. For instance, when you select Promotions, you'll be shown the promotion amount for discounts, as well as regular and member pricing for Packages and BOGO offers, if applicable.
**N/A will show in the pricing columns for Discounts and will show in the amount column for Packages & BOGOs
7. You can also select and switch between different memberships to view and compare regular vs member pricing for each membership type.
This is extremely helpful if you utilize the Dynamic Pricing feature, and have different price tiers for products and services based on each membership type and value.
8. As you switch between clinics and memberships, use the Price and Member Pricing columns to the right to view and compare regular to member pricing.
Edit Price Button: you can only edit regular and member pricing for Inventory, not variations and promotions at this time.
To edit Variations, head to Pricing Variations in the left hand menu of your Inventory Section.
To edit Promotions, head to Settings > POS > Promotions Tab

9. If you want to edit the regular and/or member pricing for inventory from here, click the Edit Price button.
10. You can then adjust the price amounts in both columns to update. Just be sure to click Save before moving on!
11. The Download button is also very helpful, as it allows you to also have a printed visual of your pricing menu!
Use this as a chance to export your price list, add your branding, and spruce it up for your patients to see! Great to use on social media and in-person.
