Reschedule / Edit from Web
1. Go to the Appointments tab
2. Click on the appointment you would like to edit or reschedule.
3. Click Edit at the top
If you need to change the time on that date- select a new time below and hit save
If you need to change the service being done, choose a new service from the dropdown menu.
To add another service in conjunction with the original service, click Add Another Service next to the duration.
Click save
You can choose to notify the patient of the changes.
Keep in mind:
the red calendar with x icon means the cancellation policy has been applied to this service booked
the green credit card icon means this service has captured a service deposit at the time of booking
Reschedule / Edit from App
If you need to reschedule or edit an appointment from the app, go to the calendar from the main menu
2. Locate the appointment and click on it from the calendar
3. You can make changes by clicking the blue pencil + box icon located in the upper right hand corner of the appointment details
Keep in mind:
