Viewing Upcoming Appointments & Appointment Statuses on the Web

1. Click "Patients" from your AR account on the web.

2. Search the patient's name and click on their profile

3. Click "More Info" in upper right hand corner

4. Click "Upcoming Appointments" to view all upcoming, past, cancelled, and no-show appointments from here.

The number in parenthesis next to Upcoming Appointments (x) is the number of upcoming appointments they have scheduled.

5. You will be able to see all appointment statuses that have been recorded for the patient. You can filter in the upper right hand corner to view each individual appointment status, and over in the far left column the appointment will be represented by its current status

To view all appointment details from the calendar easily, you can simply click on the service name of the appointment, and it will redirect you to the calendar details to add/edit notes, change status of the appointment, etc.

The patient will be able to view their past and upcoming appointments in their patient portal as well

If you or the Patient update the appointment status (if you or they cancel it, reschedule, etc) it will reflect immediately from this tab as well.

Viewing Upcoming Appointments & Appointment Statuses on the Provider App

  1. In the Provider App, use the search function in the bottom right hand corner to search for, and locate your Patient's profile.

2. Click into their profile, then hit the three lines in the upper right hand corner to locate the "Upcoming Appointments" section at the bottom of the list.

As on the web, the parenthesis indicates the number of upcoming appointments scheduled for the Patient.

3. From here, you will see all appointments recorded for the patient including upcoming, past, cancelled, and no-shows. You can filter at the top if you need to view any appointments tied to just one status rather than all.

4. To view appointment details for past appointments or edit any upcoming appointments, you can click directly on the appointment from this page. This will pull up the details making it super easy to:

  • Edit/reschedule the visit or start the procedure using the two icons in the upper right hand corner

  • Confirm the appointment, check the patient in, mark as a no-show, cancel

  • Add appointment notes, etc.

5. If you update the status of an appointment (cancel an upcoming appointment, for example) it will automatically update the status on the original view we were looking at.
