Alert: Please note, Qualiphy charges the Practice $28.99 per completed GLP-1 exam. Depending on the pharmacy and dosing selection, the prescription costs will be billed at the time the Qualiphy Provider writes the prescription. You can check your up-to-date billing inside the Qualiphy portal, and you can track your completed exam count inside of Business Insights > Clients/Patients > Qualiphy Paid Exam Report.

1. To request a GLP-1, you can request via either the appointment or the Patient's profile. To begin from the Patient's profile, click the +.

2. Then select Qualiphy.

3. To request from the appointment card, navigate to the calendar and click on the appointment.

4. Once you've opened the appointment card, click Request Qualiphy GFE

5. Regardless of which route you take, the next screen requires you to choose the clinic location. If you do not see a specific clinic listed, refer to your Qualiphy dashboard for the appropriate API key and add it to your Integrations page.

6. The two GLP-1 prescription exams are listed at the top:

RX- Compounded Semaglutide

RX- Compounded Tirzepatide

7. You will notice this exam has a different message than those that require labs. The green highlight means this is not a stopping point! If you cannot provide the Patient's ID, Qualiphy will ask for it during the call. They will also request labs from the Patient if none are provided. If you do have documents, upload them here.

8. The shipping address of the Patient is very important! If the address on file in the Patient's profile is correct, keep this box clicked. The available pharmacies will render based on the destination state.

9. If the shipping address is different, uncheck the box, and proceed with the new address.

10. 9. Based on the shipping state, a list of preferred Pharmacy Packages will populate. The options are grouped by pharmacy in order of dosing amount. Select your preferred Pharmacy Package. Once you select one, click Submit.

11. A confirmation will appear once the exam has been requested.

12. Once you submit, you will see the requested exam appear on the Patient's timeline. If the Patient is with you in the room, you can click Join Meeting to start the call with Qualiphy. Otherwise, the Patient will receive a text and an email within seconds of the request where they can join the call with a Qualiphy Provider on their smart phone or desktop.

13. Once the exam is completed, if the Qualiphy Provider approved the Patient for a GLP-1, you will see the Treatment Status change to Approved for Treatment. Click on the hyperlinked name of the exam to see the full results.

Tip: The prescription will be written by the Qualiphy Provider and submitted to the pharmacy. At this point, the Practice will be charged for the prescription.

14. Your exam documents will open up as a PDF.

15. You can also review the GFE / GLP-1 results by heading to the Document Repository. Click on the three dots on the top right.

16. Click Documents from the dropdown,
