For all transactions using Galderma products, a 0% processing rate is available for qualified practices.
Disclaimer: To qualify for 0% processing, practices must make the required Galderma purchase to unlock savings for one full year and use the ASPIRE x Aesthetic Record integration.
1. Start by logging into AR on the web.
Head to the Settings Wheel in the upper right hand corner.
2. On the left, you will see the Integrations tab.
3. From there, click into the PatientFi Integration section.
4. Once you've navigated to the PatientFi section in Aesthetic Record, you'll be guided through the final steps.
Click the Connect My Account button. This will redirect you to the PatientFi login page.
Click Log In if you have an existing account or click to Enroll Now.

Once you have completed enrollment with PatientFi as a new practice, you will come back to this screen and repeat this process by logging in with your new PatientFi credentials instead.
If you are an existing PatientFi practice, once you login, you will be directed back to AR to complete the final steps.
5. Once you've successfully logged in, you will see your PatientFi clinics populate. You MUST match your AR clinic to your PatientFi clinic before saving the integration. Even if you have only one clinic, you still have to connect it by selecting it from the drop down as shown below
Once you've connected all your clinics, click Save, and your new integration will be ready to use! Click here to move to the next step and Enroll a New Patient or Sync an Existing Patient to PatientFi Integration.
