Pro Tip: The Explore Payment Plans button is an easy way to introduce patient financing during the quote phase. You can add items to the cart to get a total, then use the Explore Payment Plans button to show patients the available financing options with Sunbit.
1. Navigate to the Provider App. Open the patients profile.
2. You can either access the cart from the procedure if you have charted the procedures (either to build a quote or after treatment) or you can use the Take Payment button.
3. One you are in the cart, select Explore Payment Plans. Clicking this button opens a secure Sunbit window within Aesthetic Record.
4. Providers can review personalized payment plan options in real time with their patients, making financing discussions simple and transparent.
5. Once you confirm the patients phone number and email, the patient will receive a link to explore payment plans available in Sunbit.
6. The patient then completes the pre-qualification on their device.
Tip: If you close the view or switch to another patient, the session automatically ends to ensure security and privacy.
7. The pre-approval amount then populates on the screen.
8. Now you and the patient can explore the plan options together.
Once the patient completes their Sunbit application:
The approved available balance is automatically added to the patient’s Aesthetic Record Wallet and ready for immediate use toward treatments or purchases. Select Sunbit at checkout, and the patient will go through the workflow to confirm their payment plan option.
