We’ve expanded our integration with RepeatMD to bring even more flexibility to your checkout and wallet workflows. You can now access and redeem Repeat Cash directly within Aesthetic Record, across Web and iOS.
What is Repeat Cash?
RepeatMD Cash is a digital balance offered by RepeatMD that patients can use for value-based redemptions. Think of it like stored-value credit, now fully accessible and redeemable in Aesthetic Record.

Repeat Cash now appears as a wallet redemption option at checkout
Will appear on invoices as: Repeat Cash
Combine and stack it! Repeat Cash can be combined with other value-based redemptions (like AR Wallet, RepeatMD Wallet “Balance Transfer Credit”) — but only one Repeat Cash usage per invoice is allowed. Be sure to add the Repeat Cash last and apply the other redemptions first.
If you want to change the value, you’ll need to remove the redemption and reapply it.
Patient Wallet View (Web + iOS)
Repeat Cash is listed as a separate line item in the wallet, showing the available balance in USD
Like other wallet items, it’s reserved at checkout, and deducted from the RMD balance only after the first payment is processed
Tip: Repeat Cash can be converted to a reward and the patient can use Repeat Cash for a purchase. There is also a beauty bank feature where patients pay monthly and bank the amount for a future service redemption.
1. Navigate to the patients profile inside of the Provider App.
2. Click into the patients procedure and then select the checkout button at the top once you're done charting the procedure.
3. You now see what is in the patients cart to checkout.
4. Select "Wallet" in the upper right hand corner. Then select "RepeatMD Wallet". The patient has Repeat Cash available to use towards their service.
5. Press "Redeem" to apply the Repeat Cash to the invoice.
6. Select the payment method to complete the transaction.
7. Once the transaction is completed, you can see "Repeat Cash" listed as the payment method.
