This guide offers a straightforward method for accessing the $125 Joya Quarterly Credit within the Discounts section.
The $125 quarterly credit is to be used as a discount on both the invoice and in the reports.
1. Navigate to https://app.aestheticrecord.com/dashboard
2. Select the Business Insights tab to access your reports.
3. Locate the Sales section on the left, and navigate to Discounts.
4. Select the date range of data you want to see the credits for in the upper right hand corner.
Joya credits shown in this report are based off of the date of invoice generation when the credit was applied.
5. Next, click into the clinic you are viewing the report for.
6. From there, you will see Joya Quarterly Credit Discount listed as a line item with the number of times the credit was applied to an invoice and the total discount amount based on the date range selected.
The total discount amount is calculated as $125 multiplied by the total times applied column.
Reporting & Invoice Reference When Joya is Used at Checkout
Please read below for information on how Joya Credit is tracked and reported in your system:
Invoices & Payments
Once an invoice is displayed, downloaded, or sent to a patient, it will no longer appear under the Payments section of your system.
When exporting invoices, any Joya Credit used will appear under the Discount and Complimentary column, rather than as a payment method.
Business Insights Reporting
To ensure accurate financial tracking, Joya Credit is treated as a discount rather than a payment. Here's how that appears across your reports:
Sales Summary:
In the Deposit Slip and Payment Method Net Report, Joya Credit is not included under “Joya Transfer Payments.”
In Total Sales, Sales from Procedures Performed, and Retail Sales, Joya Credit is categorized under the Discount and Complimentary section.
Daily Discount Report: Joya Credit is already reflected in the totals shown.
Discounts & Commissions:
Any Joya Credit used is excluded from commission calculations.
Discount reports will show the value of Joya Credit as part of total discounts applied.
Joya Redemption: This section is visible for reference and tracking purposes.
Patient & Staff Metrics
In Patient Profiles, Joya Credit is included under Patient Discounts.
