Accessing Shopify Reports in Business Insights

1. Navigate to Business Insights and click Sales

2. Click Shopify Reports > Shopify Product Sales to see a sales report by item.

3. You can filter the Shopify Product Sales report by date. Once set, you can view sales by product including quantity, gross and net sales, returns, discounts and tax amount. Please note: this information is taken directly from Shopify- it is not linked to any AR invoices,

4. To get an overall financial report of your Shopify sales for a given period, go back to the Sales Reports > Shopify Reports > Shopify Financials.

5. The Shopify Financials report is a snapshop in time- it will give you a roll up of the entire period within your filtered dates.

6. To view by order, go back to Business Insights > Sales > Shopify Reports > Shopify Orders

7. In this report, you can view each order by order number and client name and contact info. You can also check the payment and fulfillment statuses and number of items.Scroll to the right to reveal the date.

8. If you click on any of the orders you will reveal a popup of the included items with the sell price and the quantity.

9.If an existing Patient orders from Shopify (meaning we can confirm their identity by their name and contact information), we will store their Shopify orders under their profile: More Info > Payment History > Shopify. If they are not a current patient, you can still find their order in the Business Insights reports.
