You can request Instant Payouts 24/7, including weekends and holidays, and funds typically appear in the associated bank account within 30 minutes. Instant Payouts normally settle within 30 minutes, but might be delayed, depending on your bank.
Note: A 1.1% instant payout fee applies to each instant payout you request, in addition to any funds transferred.
Steps to Process an Instant Payout
Main Admins Navigate to Settings > AR Pay / POS > POS Settings
Select the Dashboard tab to view your balance and payout options. Here you'll see your Available Balance and Instant Available balance.
Click Instant Payout to open the transfer window.
In the Instant Payout window, select the desired bank account from the "Send to" dropdown menu. You'll also see the Instant Available Balance, the Amount field (pre-filled but editable), and the instant payout fee (1.1%) that will be applied, along with the total amount that will be debited from your balance.
Click Pay Out to confirm and process the transaction.
Click View All Payouts to access your complete payout transaction history, including status (Pending, Paid), the bank account used, and the date of each payout.

Fluctuating balance: Your available balance will fluctuate as payments and refunds are processed. Refer to the payout amount shown at the time of your request for the actual funds to be transferred.
