1. Log in to Aesthetic Record on the web.

2. Click "Business Insights"

3. Click "Appointments"

4. Click "Rebooking Percentage Report"

5. This report will list each provider's rebooking amount, total appointments and percentage.

Click on the calendar icon in the top right to customize the date range.

Click on the provider of choice to go directly to their rebooking report.

6. Click "Rebooking Rate Details Report"

7. This report will provide you with the patient’s name, appointment date, scheduled provider, service and rebooking details.
​Note: You can filter by clinic at the top right if you have more than one location.

Alert: To be counted in the retention formula, a patient's appointment must meet this condition: If they come in for an appointment and book another appointment within 12 hours of the start time of their current appointment, it counts as retained.
