How to use Evolus QuickConnect

1. You must have charted items specifically from Evolus that show in the cart. The product name must be exactly Jeuveau (No other product name or variation is recognized when applying the discount)

When entering Jeuveau in your inventory, make sure you toggle on the Link to Jeuveau so it can connect to the rewards.

2. Once you are at the checkout screen via the AR app, locate the patient's wallet, and click on REDEEM under Evolus Rewards.

3. You must log in with your practice Evolus Portal at least once a day or save your password via a password keeper (icloud key chain for example) for easy access

4. Check in, and enter in the patient phone number

5. As long as the reward is available, you will be able to send the Magic Phrase. Make sure that the patient is there to give you the code!

The patient will receive a text message containing their magic phrase (photo below) to relay to you so you can punch it in.

From there, enter the magic phrase on your end and click Submit.

6. If the magic phrase is correct, after submitting the system will bring you back to Aesthetic Record.

7. Click APPLY under Evolus Reward and it will automatically take $40 off the cart. Please remember you must redeem the coupon through the steps above before you can apply it to the patient's invoice.

To keep track of your Evolus Rewards, you can head to Business Insights> Sales> Payments & Liabilities>Alle+Aspire+Evolus Rewards.
