Bulk Invite Patients to the Patient Portal from the Patient Tab

You can also send the patient portal invite directly from the patients tab. This will also allow you to see which patients have and have not activated their portal as needed.

To do this, first head to the patients tab on the Web.

Then, using the blue plus sign in the upper right hand corner, apply the Patient Portal Status view. This will show either Active or Inactive next to each patient in the list.

On the left side of the patient list, you will be able to go through the list and bulk select each patient that you'd like to send this invite email over to.

Check each patient needed, then click Bulk Invite above. The patient portal welcome email will then send. Be sure patients have an email tied to their profile, and that you have the patient portal enabled under your Smart Configurations!
