Filter the Client Page View

Tip: Example: Let's say that we want to create a client list with the Client First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth. Right now we have First Name, Last Name and Email shown in the image below.

14.

15. To change from Email to Date of Birth, click the + sign on the right side of the screen.

16. We will then uncheck the Email field and choose Date of Birth instead.

18. You now will see that the client list shows the clients First name, Last name and Date of Birth.

There are many options to choose from. Some examples include: Phone Number, Address, City, State, Patient Portal Access, etc. so you can pull any client info that you might need!

A great tool to use is the Patient Creation Date filter and view. This showcases when a patient was added and converted to a true patient in the system.

19. To export this list, click Import/Export and choose Export as CSV or Export as Excel.

Bulk Invite Patients to the Patient Portal from the Patient Tab

You can also send the patient portal invite directly from the patients tab. This will also allow you to see which patients have and have not activated their portal as needed.

To do this, first head to the patients tab on the Web.

Then, using the blue plus sign in the upper right hand corner, apply the Patient Portal Status view. This will show either Active or Inactive next to each patient in the list.

On the left side of the patient list, you will be able to go through the list and bulk select each patient that you'd like to send this invite email over to.

Check each patient needed, then click Bulk Invite above. The patient portal welcome email will then send. Be sure patients have an email tied to their profile, and that you have the patient portal enabled under your Smart Configurations!
