iOS Calendar: Provider & Front Desk Enhanced Views

1. Start by going to your AR iOS Provider App & clicking on Calendar.

2. If you are a Provider (you have an available schedule in AR), the app will default to your individual schedule. By clicking on Day you can see the current day's schedule or move to any day on the calendar to view that day's schedule,

3. Click on the Week view to see a set week in sets of 3 days at a time. Scroll to the right to continue advancing through the days

4. Click on the Month view to see the full month. Scroll to the right to advance to the next month. Available dates will appear bold so you can quickly see where it's possible to book!

5. Change from an individual Provider to the full list of Providers by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner. This will open up whichever view you are on and include all Providers,

6. You can view the same Day, Week and Month views for all Providers the same way you can for an individual Provider. Notice the colored dots below each day. That indicates which Providers are currently booked for at least one appointment on those days.

7. Keep in mind that in Week view, if you have a lot of Providers, you will have a very busy screen! It may be best to view by Day or Month since those provide a list for you instead.

8. You can filter by a set of Providers by clicking on the Filter icon in the top right. Please note, once you do that, it will change your toggle from All Providers to that list. You will need to reset it back to all to restore the All Provider view.

9. Once inside the filter options, choose the Clinic you want to view and the Providers you want to view. You will see the list of Providers displayed below, and you can X those you wish to delete, You can also use the dropddown to search by name.

10. If you choose the dropdown, and you have All Providers toggled on, you will see the list, and you can simply uncheck those you don't want to see,

11. Once you make your selections, you do not need to save. You can just click the X to go back to the calendar, and your preferences will be updated! At any point you can change your filter view by clicking on the Filter icon again, and selecting or deselecting Providers,

12. Once you exit the filtering function, you will now see the number of Providers under the date, and you will see their names across the top for Day view.

13. In Week view, you will not see their names on the calendar, but you can always open the filter view to check.

14. At any point, if you want to hide the calendar, click the arrow next to it to collapse or expand. This is especially helpful for screens with multiple Providers.

Appointment Card Functionality

15. We have new icons that appear on the appointment card that signify whether the Patient has confirmed their appointment and whether they have checked in. If they have done either, those icons will turn green. The circle is for confirm, and the person icon is for check-in.

16. To confirm, open the appointment card and toggle on the Appointment Confirmation toggle.

17. To check a Patient in, open the card and click the green Check-In button,

18. To request a Qualiphy GFE, open the card and click Request Qualiphy GFE and follow the prompts.

19. To edit the appointment, click on the Edit icon in the top right hand corner,

20. To start a procedure, click on the Play icon in the top right hand corner.

21. Once you open the Edit screen, make your changes and click Save.
