Change Main Admin on Your Account

MAIN ADMIN CHANGE REQUEST: The email request should ideally come from the Head Admin. However, if the current Head Admin is unable to send us an email, we'll need the business owner to send us the request to info@aestheticrecord.com, along with attachments of the following documents and information:

    • Name and email address of the current Head Admin of the AR account

    • Color copy of driver's license

    • IRS SS-4 Confirmation Letter or IRS Letter 147C (For Canada-based AR users, we need a copy of your Certification of Incorporation)

    • The last 4 digits of the credit card on file for the AR account

    • Name and email address of another user on the AR account who will be designated as the new Head Admin

  • Please note that this email request should come from the business owner if the Head Admin is unable to send us the email request.
