Tip: You must be Head Admin of the account to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.
Important Note: Due to the nature of our services, which include access to patient medical records protected under HIPAA, we are unable to cancel accounts on behalf of medical practices. Only authorized personnel from the practice can initiate cancellation, as this involves decisions about legally protected patient information. Please note that you will continue to be charged for your subscription until the account is officially canceled. Follow the steps provided to complete the cancellation process.
Upgrade your Subscription from Trial to Paid, or manage your Essentials / Accelerator Plan
1. Navigate to https://app.aestheticrecord.com
2. Click the settings gear in the top right.
3. Click "Billing"
4. Click "Subscriptions"
5. If you are currently on the Accelerator plan and you want to downgrade your subscription, click "Downgrade to Essentials".
6. Click Confirm and Downgrade
Alert: If you are wanting to upgrade your account from the Essentials Plan to the Accelerator plan, follow the same steps and click Confirm and Upgrade.
7. If you are currently in your TRIAL PERIOD, you can upgrade your account at any time by clicking the Blue Upgrade button in the top right of your browser from any tab.
8. Click "Upgrade" on either the Essentials plan or the Accelerator Plan.
9. Enter in your credit card details and click "Charge"

10. To change your credit card information, scroll to the bottom of the Subscriptions page and click "Edit".
11. Type in the necessary details and hit Update.
12. If you are considering cancelling your account, you can do so by locating the Cancel Plan button in the right hand corner from the subscriptions page.
