Activating Your ChartSmart AI Plan

A Main or Account Admin will need to subscribe to ChartSmart in order to begin using the AI charting co-pilot to complete charts.

Head to Settings > Billing > Subscriptions > ChartSmart AI to select your preferred plan.

There are 3 options for ChartSmart subscriptions. All three are assessed on a per Account basis. Whether you have 1 provider or 15, there is no additional fee for more providers- just the selected plan. All credits are per month, and unused credits will not rollover to the next month.

*Keep in mind, your telehealth encounters will all be transcribed and dropped into a Health Procedure as a dictation. If you have an active telehealth practice, consider the likelihood that you or your providers may use ChartSmart for all telehealth visits when selecting your plan.

Starter Plan

  • You can generate up to 50 charts per month including the telehealth visits. Based on your average volume, this plan is best for accounts with 1-2 providers.

Pro Plan

  • This plan gives you up to 100 charts per month including telehealth visits if you choose to apply ChartSmart to those transcriptions and is ideal for teams of 5 or less or those with moderately busy telehealth practices.

Unlimited Plan

  • If you want to use ChartSmart for every patient, you have a more than 1-2 providers, or if you have alot of providers who will each use ChartSmart periodically, this plan is ideal. You never run out of chart credits!

Billing

For every plan, you will be billed once you make and save your selection. At that point, your Resource Usage dashboard will be loaded with the appropriate number of charts for tracking purposes under ChartSmart Monthly Limit.

If you go over your allotment on the Starter or Pro Plan, you will see a popup asking you to choose whether to move to Pay As You Go until the next billing cycle or upgrade to a new plan.

Each additional chart is billed at $.75 per chart. You will see any Pay As You Go charges tallied on one invoice and charged at the end of the day. If you decide to upgrade your plan, the new fee will charged that day.

Downgrades & Cancellations

If you wish to downgrade your ChartSmart plan, head to Settings > Billing > Subscriptions, and select your new plan. Your existing subscription will remain active until the next billing cycle. At your next pay date, the new subscription fee will be charged, and the new plan will begin.

If you wish to cancel your ChartSmart subscription, it will remain active through the end of the current billing period, so you can continue to use it until that point. This service is non-refundable, so if you choose to cancel early, a refund will not be issued.

Visit Settings > Billing > Subscriptions > ChartSmart AI to process a cancellation. Upon cancelling, you will be asked to acknowledge this prompt before continuing.

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by returning to the Subscriptions menu and selecting a new plan.
