Reset Your Password If You Can't Access Your Account
1. If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on this link https://app.aestheticrecord.com/loginand hitting Forgot Password. You'll then receive a temporary password to your email address. You'll need to enter that temporary password (don't include the quotation marks).
Update Your Email Address or Password for Login While Logged In to Your Account
2. Log in to your AR account and click the Settings Gear in the top right corner.
3. From here, click on Account Setup > Your Profile > Update your email address on file or your stored password > Save.
Keep in mind, the email address that you use to login is the same email address that is tied to notifications that send out from AR if the user settings are turned on. AR is not responsible for the type of email address you choose to login or receive clinic notifications through (personal or business related email addresses).
We recommend you set up business emails for your staff and have them use their business emails for AR login and notifications.
Update Your Passcode While Logged In to Your Account
4. On this same page, you can update your passcode. You can click Generate Passcode or you can add in your preferred 4 digit passcode in the passcode field > Save.
The passcode is a 4 digit code which you'll enter if you have locked your app on the Ipad to give to the patient to fill out consents or questionnaires. Once you are ready to unlock the app, click the lock button again and type in your 4 digit passcode.
Important note: The code can only be entered via app.
