1. Navigate to Aesthetic Record on the web.
2. Click "Appointments"
3. Click the Wrench Icon
4. Click "Smart Configuration"
5. Click "Booking Portal"
6. Click "Domain Configuration"
7. To view the Patient Portal, click on the link under "Main"
8. To view the Booking Page, click the link under "Booking URLs for Clinics"
Tip! If you have multiple clinics, there will be separate links listed below. To view the booking page for all clinics, select "All Clinics Url"
9. To customize the name of your Url, click the edit icon.
10. Click this text field and add in your clinic name
Tip! If you have already posted your booking link on social media or a webpage, be sure to copy and paste the updated link. The old link will be broken and will no longer work.
