1. Edit the duration of your appointment when you are booking via the web calendar.
Go to the appointments tab
Hit "create"
Select the provider, clinic and service.
Next, you will see Duration(in mins):to the right of the service name. Click EDIT, then enter in the new time duration and hit Confirm.
2. Edit the duration of your appointment when you are booking via the app:
Click on the blue circle in the bottom right, then click the calendar icon that pops up above to book a new appointment.
Select your location and then the service.
Once you select the service, you will see the duration appear and a pencil icon. Click the pencil icon, then tap the current duration and change it to desired duration. Hit Save.
Fill in the rest of the details to book the appointment.
