Two Way Inbox (SMS Texting)

This guide provides step-by-step instructions that cover enabling, disabling, and managing the inbox effectively.

Updated over 5 months ago

The inbox gives you a personal phone number to send and receive SMS texts between the clinic and your patients!

Tip: Important note! This can only be set up by the Main Admin on the account through the web browser. Additionally, if this feature is enabled, the account will be charged $5 a month and you will need to be on the Accelerator Plan to access this feature! All SMS texts sent from your account will come from the phone number that you select.
