Filtering the Patient List

This feature enables you to filter and export your client list using advanced criteria tailored to your specific needs.

1. Log into the web version of Aesthetic Record

2. Click "Patients" (or Clients depending on your preference)

3. To find your client quickly, you can search the name or click on a letter corresponding with their name.

Create a Filter

Tip! In this section, you can further refine your selection by applying various filters, such as:

-Selected patients who were treated within a specific time frame at a particular clinic.

- A Specific Provider's Clients

- Status as a fired client

- Clients that are members

- The product used during the treatment

These filters enable you to conduct a detailed search within the chosen time frame.

4. To create a personalized filter, click Filters

5. Click New Filter

6. Add a filter name

7. Select the Date Range

8. Choose clinic (if applicable)

9. Select products (if applicable)

10. Select a specific provider (if applicable)

11. Choose if you would like to view fired patients and if they are a member

12. If you are creating a filter to view all patients that are members, you can choose what type of membership if you have multiple.

13. Click "Save & Apply"

Tip: You have now created a filter! Keep in mind, you can make as many filters as you would like so you can make each one specific to what you typically search for.

Tip: Example: Let's say that we want to create a client list with the Client First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth. Right now we have First Name, Last Name and Email shown in the image below.

15. To change from Email to Date of Birth, click the + sign on the right side of the screen.

16. We will then uncheck the Email field and choose Date of Birth instead.

17. Click the "DOB" field.

18. You now will see that the client list shows the clients First name, Last name and Date of Birth.

Tip: There are many options to choose from. Some examples include: Phone Number, Address, City, State, etc. so you can pull any client info that you might need!

19. To export this list, click Import/Export and choose Export as CSV or Export as Excel.
